At Dunhill Ranch, we believe that the way in which lamb is raised matters. Plenty of grass, exercise, fresh air, and water makes for a clean, mild-flavored lamb that tastes better than anything you’ve ever tried before.

We sell whole lambs, processed to your specifications. We also sell individually-packaged cuts of lamb processed in a USDA-inspected facility.  In addition, we offer selected combinations of packaged cuts at attractive prices.

Starting in 2016 we are also offering All-Natural, Grass-Fed beef for sale! Our steers are born on pasture, raised on pasture, and thrive on grass, fresh water, and clean air. We offer many popular cuts of beef in individual packages.

We offer home delivery in the Rio Grande Valley between San Antonio NM and Española NM, including Santa Fe, Albuquerque, Socorro and many points in between.
