We have our beef processed in a USDA-inspected facility. The cuts are Cryovac packaged and are sold by net weight, just like in a store. We can deliver them to your home or office.
Our beef is a seasonal product and is generally available for purchase in the Spring and Fall. You can reserve beef at any time, however, and we will let you know as soon as your beef is ready to deliver.
